If there was just one thing we were adamant about, when we opened the Orwell Crossing in 2004, it was that the food would be top quality and anything but what drivers currently experience at many other truck stops and motorway service stations up and down the country. After years of growing our own produce on our family farm, we pride ourselves on the quality of food we offer and insist where possible other products are locally sourced.

Everyone looks forward to relaxing at home after a day at work so why should lorry drivers be any different? After a tiring day on the road, we feel a home from home experience is necessary and the Orwell Crossing is your chance to take time out to watch TV, enjoy a homely meal and freshen up using our individual shower room facilities.
